The dirtiest swimming pool in Canberra, with the worst customer service. You find wristbands everywhere, the toilets are dirty all the time, and many of the male-shower sensors don’t work. I raised this with reception, and they showed the worst attitude, acting like I was lying. They don’t even bother to say “hi” sometimes, someone should teach them how to smile! Some of the showers don’t even have a shower head, and the water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. The change rooms and showers need hourly cleaning, and the Jacuzzi/steamroom temperature should be much higher than it is now. As always, they seem to care only about money, and it takes ages for them to fix even simple issues like the shower sensors. I’m writing this in advance: instead of replying with a generic “sorry about your experience bla bla,” take responsibility, fix the issues mentioned, and show some respect to your customers, and smile! If you don’t like this job, don’t do it, but if you are doing it, do it properly, and smile!

Went to this pool, got a fungus from the spa. Gross. Killed the fungus, waited several months, tried the spa again. Got another fungus. This pool is a slimy place with somewhat rude staff. Not crazy rude, just not very polite (ever). Evidently cleaning is not regular.

Worst place ever I have seen with a crap customer service. Add on is that they don’t want to work and the owner or manager don’t even bother to work too so it could be better. Stay away if you need some peace of mind or talking to staff is like wrestling with someone who would only enjoy and you will be in mud. Response to Owner: Help?? As if you are willing to do anything. Did you bother to even work on professionalism of your staff members first? Sit at the reception for a day and you’ll get to know how much capable your staff is.

Afternoon swim! Enjoyed a lovely swim with the family today at the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre. A great swim with a slide for the kids, whirlpool, spa, sauna, and lap pools for me, we loved it all. The condition of all equipment, including showers were great considering other simular centres. My only concern with this pool is the humidity inside, its good to be warm but can feel dehydrating, bring water to hydrate. As a family we love swimming and i would recommend to any family. Follow-up to this review still a great place to swim, got a bit busy today and felt like you had no space for yourself. Further follow-up, pool much the same bit of a bother that no lap pools are heated.

Just up dating my last review I slipped on the bottom step in the steam room and near the gate that enters into the spa area and the steam room. could visitors please post if they can notice that they have done a deep clean as its extremely slimmy and slippery with residues from people's body sweat posting some other pictures as the bruising continued however I'm unable to up load photos with this msg as im being blocked. So I've tried to up date the deep bruising on the photo page that visitors can upload I hope that they are able to be seen. As know one has reached out to even see how I'm going.
