Well located and with a wonderful view from the buffet in breakfast area. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is exceptional. They have wonderful sweets that are better than those you get in restaurants. My daughter ate rice pudding with dulce de leche and now she asks me to make it, and mine turned out terrible, so we'll have to come back! 😋 I was amazed by the carrot cake with a super unique chocolate frosting. The vegetables are seasoned, unlike other hotels. The room cleaning was impeccable and the reception is extremely friendly. They give complimentary water, a charming detail.

Wonderfully kind and efficient reception staff, great location that is central to restaurants, shopping, and many activities. We had a lovely and spacious room with a stunning Mountain View. Breakfast buffet was outstanding…a variety of food to satisfy all…highly recommend this hotel if one is staying in Andorra la Vella! I especially want to recognize Jonathan at the front desk…a kinder soul could not exist! He went above and beyond in all respects and is an immense asset to the hotel…so much heartfelt gratitude for him!

Amazing service and facilities. Beds were enormous and super comfortable. Breakfast was very good, there was a chef making eggs live and you could order directly from there.

Well, where do I start. I booked this hotel for a special event my husband and I were attending. It was a disaster from the moment we arrived…. We had to change the key cards FOUR times in two days just to get into the room, which meant a trip down to reception every time we couldn’t get in the room. One of the lifts kept failing which meant I had to walk up from the underground car park after midnight when we arrived. To make it worse, my disabled husband had come with me to park the car and had to struggle up the three flights of stairs from the car park to the hotel reception! The room was stale and the aircon didn’t cool the room - it just made it dusty , I’m guessing because they can’t be bothered cleaning it. The hairdryer cut out after about a minute, just when I was getting ready for our special event so I had to go out looking a mess with wet hair! I could continue but I’m sure you’re getting the idea by now that it’s best to avoid this hotel and go elsewhere!

Since we took bus from Barcelona to Andorra La Vella, the bus station is within walking distance to the hotel, probably around 15 minutes walk. It's also not far to walk from the hotel to the shopping and dining district. The hotel itself is decent enough, the room was nothing fancy but specious and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good.
