I am writing this review to warn others in the strongest possible terms. This establishment engages in blatant false advertising. The photos online are completely deceptive and do not reflect the reality of a property that is decrepit, filthy, and poorly maintained. Upon arrival, the room was extremely dirty and had an unpleasant, chemical-like fume that made it uninhabitable. The entire place is old, neglected, and feels like a safety hazard, not a place of rest. Furthermore, the staff was consistently unhelpful and indifferent to these serious concerns. This was the absolute opposite of a relaxing getaway and was a complete waste of money. BEWARE: Do not book here. The risk to your wallet, your comfort, and your safety is not worth it.
The experience in this hotel was great, and exactly what we expected. Nature, beach, view and surroundings are wonderful. Restaurant is modern, with very tasty and nice quality food, the menu is very diverse. Staff was very kind. Rooms are small and old, but the beds, TV and AC are new. Terrace has a sea-view. All in all, it’s a shame that this hotel has only 2 stars, it should be renovated, but it deserves at least 3.
The hotel is a bit older… When you step inside, you can see it’s not modern, but it has everything a hotel needs. The staff are wonderful people—everything is clean, and the team is phenomenal. Marina, the manager, goes out of her way to make you feel at home. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast… Plus, the hotel is pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus! I’d gladly return. ☺️
Wow where to start. Staff absolutely amazing. Location perfect. Views to die for. Housekeeping staff all speak english and go the extra mile to cater for my baby. Alma on the pool bar is very friendly and helpful. I will most definitely return again over and over again.
The rooms are in terrible condition. They look like a dorm room. Not enough space. Food is tasteless and probably made from semi prepared food, also no variety. When I asked for fresh towels I had to wait 20 minutes for them and I asked twice. The hotel is also in dire need of a renovation. There is reason they are not showing the bathrooms on their website. Way too expensive for the quality. Only good thing is that the view is nice and the sea is pretty as well. But there is also trash in the area of the hotel.
