The O2 Arena is one of Prague's premier venues for large-scale events, drawing visitors from across the city and beyond. Very well organised event. The staff need to be more polite when they kick people out as is getting late. I understand their needs but they shall know too English eventually. Food and drinks well shared. Great place for concerts. Crowd amazing.
So, I checked out this sports arena for a hockey game—HC Prague vs. HC Brno. Getting there? Super easy. Just hop on public transport from the city center, and you’re basically there, right next to a mall with all the big brands and a food court if you want to grab a bite. Getting in was quick, and even if you end up in the last row, it’s not a struggle to find your seat. The view? Honestly, pretty great. Food-wise, it’s all the usual suspects: popcorn, pizza, fries, and beer. No coffee, though, which is a bit of a letdown if you’re like me and need a caffeine fix. Bathrooms were clean, which is always a win. For more sports-oriented travel tips in Europe and around the planet, check the website and follow @triathlongtrips on Facebook and Instagram.
Venue is very good and beer has ok price. Food is bad but not worse than any other stadium. The Harfa gallery shopping center is at a walking distance and has amazing parking for only 100 czk per day. You can also eat at the food court. I was here for the Hans Zimmer Live Concert
We absolutely loved the concert we attended at O2 arena. The place is huge, everything was well organised and there were food and drinks available. Till Lindemann did an amazing performance and we had the best experience ever. 🤘❤️
We went to watch the Sparta Prague vs. Liberec ice hockey game as two women, and we were really impressed. The opposing team’s fans were sitting right next to us, and there were no barriers or heavy security, yet everything was calm and respectful, even though the home team lost! It truly shows the amazing, family-friendly hockey culture here. It’s one of the few places where you can safely enjoy a match even with kids. The food areas and restrooms were clean and hygienic, and the arena is easy to reach, which made the whole experience even better.
