Chariots Vauxhall is London's largest and most comprehensively equipped gay sauna — a purpose-built facility in the Vauxhall LGBTQ+ district that has no equivalent in the city in terms of scale or facilities. The complex includes a heated swimming pool, Turkish steamroom, Finnish dry sauna, fully equipped gym, darkroom maze, private cabins (bookable), a café-bar and a lounge area. The 24-hour weekend operation makes it the default option after the clubs close, and it is common for the sauna to be at or near capacity on Saturday and Sunday mornings as the night ends. The weekday operation is quieter and more varied in crowd; the clientele on weekday afternoons is predominantly local Londoners rather than visitors. Entry fee is standard for a London gay sauna; towel and locker are included. The Vauxhall location is five minutes from Vauxhall station (Victoria Line/National Rail). Second location in Shoreditch.
