I had a lovely stay in The Marriott Hotel Piccadilly, Manchester. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice. A special mention to Renee who was working the breakfast service. She provided great service, was warm and kind and brought me another coffee and banana. A lovely start to the day ☺️

I had a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend it. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Darius was especially helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about the guests and their experience. I’d happily stay here again.

I booked here for my birthday weekend, as we were watching a match at Old Trafford. From the moment we walked into the hotel we were impressed by the professionalism of the reception team. It is a very nice hotel. I would definitely book again. We booked direct with the hotel, which made more sense as they offered a brilliant breakfast and dinner deal, which was super cost effective. Special shoutout to Kit on the breakfast team, who was really fun and bubbly. It's important to have passionate people working for you in your business. It makes a difference. My only negative is that dinner service was super slow. Maybe we were unlucky with our server, who knows. But dinner shouldn't take 2 hours to serve a family of 4. That aside, we are very happy with our stay here.

Stayed here for work for 2 nights. The hotel is lovely and the staff are exceptional. I had breakfast both days and also ate a light bite both evenings in the restaurant. Whilst everyone was lovely, Kit was a standout employee at breakfast. So friendly and efficient.

Staff very polite - not a bad word to say about anyone from reception staff, managers, number of staff very good, always around. I appreciate these qualities in a hotel more than the cost. Always courteous, Always ask if they can do more - all of them A calming stay with no problems whatsoever I will definitely come here again if I want to stop in Manchester City, with parking next to the hotel It does cost more comparatively to other hotels but cheaper than some others also. But you are paying for more staff comparatively, more reliable, more competent staff and service. I don’t mind that. I travel on my own mostly and value quiet, confident service. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in, in Manchester? Over the years I have stopped in around 4 regularly. I chose this because I drove this time and wanted to park on site. Yes I paid £20 per night, but this is inner Manchester next to the train station. Compared to all hotels I have stayed in, over the last 5 years, I can honestly say I was looked after here, everything worked, I have not had cause to complain or feel uncomfortable. In summary - it competently does what other hotels do not do. It could be more expensive than others but you get polite staff everywhere and the quality is very good. I have felt more reassured here. I leave feeling I would stop here again and chose this brand where before I would have overlooked it.
