This gay sauna at Cuesta de Santo Domingo in Madrid is one of Europe's biggest, a place for relaxing, socializing, or just getting away from the city for a bit. It’s open 24/7, so you can go whenever, whether you're a night owl or prefer a quiet afternoon.

You get a dry sauna, a dance floor, and a bar all in one building. That means you can switch things up during your visit. If you want a bit of alone time, there are over 100 private cabins. And for something more intimate, there’s a dark room.

As a big gay sauna in Madrid, it’s part of the city’s larger LGBTQ+ scene, which is pretty open and has a busy gay nightlife. If you’re on your own, with friends, or just want to meet people in a chill setting, this spot in the center of town does the traditional gay sauna thing, but with enough space and amenities for a lot of people. It’s also handy for getting to other Madrid sights and hotels.

Worst experience ever in a sauna! I went during Madrid Pride already when we entered it smelled everywhere like sigaretten smoke. Thru the entire complex people where smoking, drinking and playing on there phones. Everywhere was dirt on the floor. The steam areas smelled enormous like pee. And the swimming pool/jacuzzi from the pictures was not existing anymore. I made a few pics from the locker room they say enough … thru the entire complex it looked like this.
The worst sauna I’ve ever tried. It’s being partially refurbished so only one dry sauna was open, but they didn’t tell me when I bought the ticket. Even so, no one was using the sauna room because they’re all in the cruising area. And even so!, there was not much action, cause I don’t know how long those guys were there already. They seemed high and were there the whole day. (According to the comments of other saunas in Madrid, it seems that the sauna scene there is like that). I felt like it was the end of gay world. I left very quickly with a bad mood.
Lots of hot guys but can't believe that they still allow smoking indoors in venues. People were smoking all over the sauna and in the cubicles so it was hard to breathe. The place had a bad smoke smell and the floors were sticky from split alcohol and who knows what else. They have a douche room which was great to use. The guy at the counter was lovely and helpful. They give u slippers and a towel to wrap around. I didn't see any lube or condoms being provided so bring your own. Toilet paper available in the room to clean up after. 3 levels of fun.
You get to see most of the middle age local here. I don’t like people smoke inside and many people occupied the cabin just to chit chat and wait.
Good facilities, but there is no dry or steam sauna working. At entrance staff should inform customers. Just a place, to meet someone else for direct feelings(original word like f.c. place was cancelled), not crowded. Mixed aged visitors
