I went to the Opera House for the first time to see Joel Sunny at the beginning of November. The concert itself was great but the management was poor. I went with a friend and our tickets were for SEATS except when we got there it was jam packed and all tje seats were already taken and there was barely even standing room at the back. There was no system in place to enforce matching seats to tickets holders which sucked because I had to stand the entire 4 hours with a knee injury. I loved the music of course but felt like I couldn't enjoy it fully because pf the pain I was in standing for so long so I decided to sit on the floor among standing tall people when I just couldn't keep standing anymore. W I would love to return to this venue if they improve their ticketing and enforcement system.
Opera House Review We went to the Opera House for the Two-Lane concert, and it was an amazing experience. The sound quality was excellent, and although the venue is small, it felt very comfortable and intimate. We had standing spots in the mezzanine, which offered great visibility. I also appreciated how easily accessible the bar was on the second floor. The canned whiskey sour was a perfect choice—smooth, well-mixed, and easy to enjoy during the show.
Visiting the Opera House in Toronto has always been a pleasure. In addition to the events, the venue's architecture and decor are equally impressive. The events change regularly, offering a fresh experience each time. The acoustics are truly outstanding, with sound that resonates beautifully from every angle. Plus, the convenient access and nearby fantastic restaurants are a big bonus. If you're in Toronto, the Opera House is definitely a place you need to experience.
Always a great time at this venue! Love my metal concerts here
Small intimate venue with great acoustics. Would be nice for more seats upstairs so if you paid for seating, you get seating
