Great place to see live Music! Though the downstairs washrooms are a bit of a pain to get to when the place is packed. There is a washroom upstairs, but the men's at least were blocked off for the bands when we were there.

Nice venue with somewhat poor reception. Lots of space for a good size crowd, never felt packed in during my concert I attended here. Garbage always conveniently available, though the floor was extremely sticky.

Went to see Melvitto here. I think the venue is nice and intimate. The sound is great and it feels more personal. However, my main complaint about this venue is it states it is accessible, which getting in is. But when you have the accessible washrooms blocked off and barricaded by a table and workers, you are creating a barrier which is inaccessible. I had to ask the security to use it both times and plead my case as my chronic illness is "invisible" and I cannot do stairs. As a venue, you need to resolve this.

The Security guards were great, one of them continuously check if anyone wanted water while we were camping before the event (shout out to her she’s literally so funny and chatting with her was great). The venue was also very clean.

It is a nice size venue, I really wanted to give higher rating but when you pay for VIP so you can get a seat I am expecting a seat I can see the stage. The seats are not at the balcony rail so people will stand in front of you (see picture). If I wanted to stand and not see I would got floor tickets. They need to fix this before I get higher priced tickets again.
