Hello, I have to say I've always been satisfied so far. Nice people, consistently friendly staff, beautiful, interesting, and varied themed parties, and much more. However, behind the scenes, there have unfortunately been recurring discrepancies, as well as people who look at you as if to say, "Hey, what do you want here?" or "What do you want from me?" I thought we lived in a free and tolerant world where everyone is respected and accepted as they are, but many people there behave very arrogantly and think they're better than everyone else. This spoils the atmosphere for many. There's a new board of directors there now. Whether this changes or improves, we'll have to wait and see. I'd welcome that.
