Kaiserbad is Frankfurt's most comprehensively equipped gay sauna — a large-format facility near the Messe (exhibition centre) that provides the full range of modern gay sauna infrastructure. The facilities include a heated pool, Finnish dry sauna, Turkish steam room, gym equipment, darkroom complex, private cabins and a café/rest area. The Messe location is slightly west of the city centre but is accessible by U-Bahn (Festhalle/Messe station) and benefits from proximity to Frankfurt's main exhibition centre — during major trade fairs (which bring large numbers of international visitors to Frankfurt), the sauna sees corresponding traffic. Weekend operation extends to provide post-club hours for the city's nightlife crowd. Entry fee is competitive for a Frankfurt venue of this scale.
