Big Scam Don't go to this bar At the beginning Thomas saying he is the owner kept forcing us to take shots for free (because it's his birthday)he had an older guy in the bar kept asking him to pay for our drinks which that made us very uncomfortable at the end we had to pay for all the shots that he forced us to drink, Be very careful with this bar it's a big scam we paid 10 times more than we are supposed to pay. Him being very nice to you is just an scam to make you pay 10 times more

I travel to Budapest every summer for the last 5 years. I always go to this bar and most times I have a good time. HOWEVER, this past summer (2016) there was a new bartender working when I entered. He is in his 20`s with lots of attitude. My whole experience - talking and interacting with him- was just weird for the time I was there. And for no reason as the night went on he became extremely RUUUDE with patrons of the bar. His behaviour was just bizarr to me. Lots of smoking in the place all night long. I suggest the bar next door if you want to have a good time...

Avoid! Went to funny carrot last night and was all good until we got the bill. Barmen charged us double. I would keave this one to the locals. Very small place with not much room to relax. So many other good bars to go to.

Tiny dive bar with out-of-date decor. Toilet is not clean and the urine smell overflows to whole bar. Most terrible part is the bar owner/bartender, a big old sister full of bs attitude. Don't go - you are wasting your money on those water-down drinks.

Saturday night at 11pm only 5 people in the bar (including us). Beer ok, (although like all gay bars tends to be more expensive than other bars) but lacks style and customers! We may try it again but can't say it's anything special.
