B-Aparthotels Grand Place

Its in an alleyway, and the smell on the way from the airport or train station as a walk is.. not pleasant. Coming into the apartment-hotel, there was no issues, but also no staff. No staff in sight… anywhere. The elevator is where things start to get nice. Marbled floors, and a mirror. It also shows good spots to visit, which we used. The room is really REALLY nice, but the TV is old and barely works. Lots of channels though. Supermarket with fresh food right next to it, and its in a practical location, somewhat. Its good overall, but not my favorite

Bathroom with water leaks. Drunk people on the entrance at nights. This is aceptable/normal, the location is what it is. But the service is zero. Worst experience ever. They did not sent anything (lock code) and charge all the responsability on the guest when you arrive and no people is here to attend you, neither to give you the room Keys (you should have known). After paying more than 750€ for 4 nights, they locked the room because there was a mistake in the payment of the city taxes (20€... Less than 3% of the total cost) and left me outside the room, with everything inside. Had to bother another guest to ask him if he can call the service because my phone was in the room. I went out just for breakfast. They do not accept a "simple pay" for the city taxes, you can not pay It with a disposable card in a dataphone, you need to give them the normal card (that was the mistake) so they can have all your data. It is a waste of time and money. Not recomendable.

Good apartment with the best location. King size comfortable bed. Not so comfortable the pull-out couch in the living room. Internet perfect. Ritual products for shower and bath was just perfect. Altough the Aparthotel is very quiet, there is too much noise coming from the outside. Not a good idea to choose a room facing the main street.

B Apart means BE APART from civilisation and people. Stayed there on the nights of 30th and 31st August 2025, Saturday and Sunday. And won't stay there again. Reserved through BOOKING.COM. Once full payment made and booking was confirmed, they mailed me telling I will have to do self check in- 48 hours before stay, if I want my key to be active and to use the room for the second day! And as part of the checkin you are directed to their website, # CREDIT CARD TO BE SHARED TO THEIR WEBSITE( not through BOOKING.COM) whose credentials are unknown, left me worried _ what about security/ privacy? # 250 euro refundable deposit will be deducted from the card # a whole litany of hotel rules; and if broken, access will be denied WITHOUT REFUND- all come to light, very smartly; only after payment made. Could be the future with hotel stay, but definitely not my present cup of tea. No RECEPTION No PEOPLE around. I was all alone, felt spooky and got eerie feelings. NO RESTAURANT at the premises. The money they save, by not having reception/ restaurant, doesn't seem to be transferred to the customer. When you are on vacation, if you want to learn, by figuring out each clue and mystery to enter into the property, and to do other such things, on your own, this is the place to stay. If there was an emergency; I felt the place could be a recipe for disaster. On the contrary, if you want to get into a normal stay, with people to help, in case of an emergency, find a different place. Great location, walkable to the city centre. Make an informed decision before you book

‼️ WARNING ‼️ Do not stay at this hotel! We had no choice but to leave the hotel due to the disgusting condition of the room. The mattress in the main bedroom was covered in bed bug droppings, and both mattresses had visible fluid and urine stains. The floors were also covered in a thick layer of dirt and sticky when walked on. The Hotel admits the room was unsanitary and could not offer us a new room. Despite this they have still denied our refund when contacted by booking.com. Please save yourself from a nightmare and do not book here.
