Zava Boutique Hotel

Great Stay with Exceptional Staff! I recently stayed at Hotel Zava in Bucharest with my family for two nights, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well-maintained and comfortable, located about 1 km from the city center, which made it easy to explore the main attractions while still enjoying a quieter neighborhood. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the outstanding service from the hotel staff. I want to give a special thanks to Ajka at the reception desk. She went above and beyond to help me during a difficult situation involving a dishonest taxi driver. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me and my family. Thank you, Ajka, and thank you to the entire Hotel Zava team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bucharest!

Stayed here for 1 night and it was great. The front desk agents were so nice, friendly and suggested some really nice restaurants to check out and our checkin agent even brought us coffee when we arrived which was such a nice touch considering we had a early flight day. The breakfast was also really nice. The area was quite but still central which is a plus. Highly recommended!

We highly recommend this hotel. We paid a hefty fee for our dogs, and the hotel claimed it was dog-friendly. Our dogs were clean, well-behaved, and well-cared for. We only stayed one night, and the dogs slept on the floor. In the morning, we learned that we wouldn't get a refund of our large 120 euro deposit because there was hair on the carpet in the room, which is not true. The hotel is cheating and extorting money.

Booked a room for a night. Got a call one day before arrival that a trainee did a mistake and that they’re already fully booked out. I had to look for another room. Atleast they refunded the money
