IDM Sauna operates on Rue du Faubourg Montmartre in the 9th — between the Marais and Pigalle, which gives it a genuinely central draw. One of the larger Paris saunas, spread across several floors with dry sauna, steam room, darkroom, private cabins, and a bar. The crowd is some of the most diverse you'll find in any Paris venue — ethnically mixed, broad age range, both Parisian regulars and visitors. The 9th arrondissement location means it's accessible from most of the city without needing to go deep into the tourist centre. Consistently busy, especially on evenings and weekends.
