Altromondo Studios is one of Italy's most famous nightclubs — a vast entertainment complex in the hills behind Rimini that has been hosting some of the country's biggest club events since the 1990s. In summer, it becomes an essential stop on the international gay circuit party calendar. The venue's multi-floor layout covers thousands of square metres with multiple rooms, outdoor spaces, VIP areas and a production quality that rivals the best circuit venues in Barcelona or Berlin. International DJs perform here during summer weekends as part of the Rimini circuit season. The gay events — typically organised by international circuit promoters like Matinee Group — draw visitors from across Italy, Spain, Germany and Eastern Europe. Entry prices for circuit nights are significant (€30–50+) but include access to a production that would be hard to replicate in most European cities.
