Cruise bar with an active patio/backroom The Manhandler is an old-school mainstay from the days when that area of Lincoln Park was the gay strip. It's a throwback to a different time and attracts a crowd looking for cheap drinks and cheap thrills. Its outdoor patio accommodates up to 40 people on nice nights.
