Biceps Gym sits on Avenida de Tirajana, a hundred metres from the Yumbo Centre entrance, making it the most convenient gym for anyone based in the gay quarter of Playa del Inglés. The location has been drawing the gay crowd for years. The gym is compact at 200m² but well-stocked: around 50 machines and free weights covering bodybuilding, cardio and spinning. Trained and certified staff are on-site every day. It is the right choice for a holiday workout rather than a high-end fitness club — no pool, no spa, but the equipment you need and a crowd that is relaxed about who is in the room.
