Comfort Inn Airport

I’ve stayed here many times and usually have a great experience. Front staff are always so friendly and helpful. I recommend asking for one of the newer rooms if possible - the older rooms are outdated for sure. If you want to be close to the airport without hearing any planes, this is an excellent choice. I did have an issue during my last stay here, however Cory the manager was very prompt in rectifying it and I was pleased with how it was handled. I would say the morning restaurant staff are excellent - attentive as they can be when they are quite busy. Always friendly , and the food is fine. Evening restaurant staff weren’t good the last time I was there. Pretty rude and I felt rushed. That being said, this is a great hotel that is obviously well run by the manger.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times since the new year and they have never failed to impress me. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, most with a walkout balcony which is always nice to get some fresh air or have a cup of coffee in the morning. You can tell this is a family owned hotel by the way the staff treat you, and each other, which is always great to see and hear. Staff are super accommodating and beyond friendly. You can’t walk down the hallway without each and every staff member you run into, taking time to ask about your stay and introducing themselves/offering service to you. Prices are amazing for example $134 a night, I believe, for a king suite with a jetted tub built in! This was one of the nicest rooms I tried at this hotel, however all the rooms I have stayed in were kept up with and super comfortable! Free breakfast served in Clancy’s is always a bonus with delicious hot food and great coffee. This hotel has many entrances you can use once you have your key card, so taking one closest to your room is always a bonus. One section of the hotel seems to have a lot more stairs and be less accessible than the other side, which has an elevator up to the second floor. Whenever I was put in a room in a less accessible area of the hotel, staff always gave me and everyone else they checked in before me a heads up and if I or any other customer were to have problems with the stairs or location they sure would have accommodated it. It’s the small things like that, to have you feeling well cared for and important as a guest. After staying a few times lots of the staff now recognize, and try to get to know me more which makes me feel super at home here and more eager to come back when I’m around. 100% would and will be staying here again, Thanks so much to the Comfort Hotel and it’s wonderful staff!

Rooms were good but a little musty. Maybe we got a room that was vacant for a while. We were there for a wedding. The meal was top notch. The open bar is highway robbery. $4 for 3/4 of a can of 7up. Double whiskey was $20. Some might say that's fair, I think it is taking advantage of people.

First time I've stayed in a hotel in maybe 12 years due to uncleanliness in even upscale hotels. Was nervous, but I would stay again without a doubt. So very clean, comfy, and amazingly pet friendly.

We stayed upon arrival in St Johns prior to picking up our rental car the next day. They offer shuttle service which is great. We had booked to stay the night prior to our very early morning departure. Wake up call and shuttle to to the airport was great. Unfortunately our plane "died" on the runway and we were stuck until a later flight that night. Comfort Inn did not have another room available for us to rent. However they did pick us up at the airport, again, and stored all our luggage. After we had a great breakfast, we hung out in St Johns for the day. They then shuttled us back to the airport for our late night flight. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were friendly, great service, and the Manager (Janice?) was so very accommodating to us during our day long delay. We will definitely be back!
