The Palace Brunch on weekends is a Miami institution: bottomless mimosas, drag performances, and the art deco backdrop of Ocean Drive's 1930s hotels. The bar attracts a mixed crowd that includes both dedicated LGBTQ+ visitors and straight tourists drawn in by the spectacle.
