A little crazy. It's in a good way. And clean. Sunday night's bubble party defies description. I finally understood why they handed out rubbers and a little lube at the entrance. The 520B cover charge is a bit high, but I got a coupon for free entry on weekdays. I went back Monday and got in for free. So it felt like a good deal overall.

My friend's and visited Sauna Mania, we had a great time. Very clean, welcoming staff and everything were in good working condition. The clientele were all various age and body type. Most importantly everyone we met were very friendly and respectable. Definitely I will be going back a few more times during my stay here in Bangkok

Today I went there with my friends hoping to have a good time, but we were met with very rude behavior from the guy working at the counter. We simply asked him to explain the price, and we received extremely rude answers. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great facilities and staff. It is not the cleanest but it must be tough to keep it clean when there are so many people there! Tip - go on Election Day when bars are closed - it is packed!

To all non-Asian tourists and new visitors especially, here's the truth about this little sleazy place. Nothing really great about the facilities throughout the gym and the cheap lockers (same level as reception), the next floor (told and witnessed) tawdry cruising zone and smelly toilets, the third level showers with broken heater and easily tripped floor divider, no jacuzzi just a visually muddy hot pool, steam room with suspiciously malfunctioned water spray, a tiny worn out sauna, the open area and one last floor up laid with stinky cushions. Entrance for non-Thai visitors on Saturdays has increased fast up to 380 baht. The spectacled, balding, short and chubby Thai receptionist has no manners at all. I paid 380 baht last month for a Saturday visit and was verbally told by this disgusting receptionist that the return visit (here or the new R3 Ratchada) should cost only 100 baht for Sunday form party... Now, the return price tags brutally put out 200 baht for Saturday and 300 baht for Sunday — Seriously and listen up, to the owner/management team, fire him immediately! Look, I'm not a cheapskate or new to the bathhouse scene in this part of the world. Compared to a few many local establishments (KRUBB, Ensen Onsen, even the 39 Underground), Malaysia (Mandi-Manda, Ototx2) and Singapore (Keybox, Ten Mens, Shogun, D Sparadise), sorry my dear, this place sucks (not our delicate bussies) and ranks shame-on-you rock-bottom now! To the owner/management team even in the most remote thought of upgrading this place, your new pride and joy may be the new R3 Ratchada establishment today, but you should stop milking your customers with such sub standard of service and products. Do something already or just shut it down.
