The vibe is more alternative and fetish-oriented than the mainstream gay bars — the bar runs regular themed nights including bear evenings, daddy nights and rubber events — but the atmosphere is welcoming rather than exclusive. The crowd tends to be older than at Le Shanghai or L'Ubu, and the bar is appreciated as a genuine community space without attitude.
