The 4.5-acre Voinovich Bicentennial Park is at the north end of the East Ninth Street Pier, along the pier’s west side. Voinovich Park’s center is a large, artistically-terraced green space which is surrounded by impervious surface areas. The park’s southwest corner has a concrete stage.
