Metzitzim Beach sits immediately north of Hilton Beach and shares the same Mediterranean water, but with a noticeably different atmosphere. Less busy, less tourist-oriented, and popular with Israeli gay couples and locals who want a beach day without the social intensity of Hilton. The beachfront bar and restaurant here is pleasant for lunch. A reliable fallback when Hilton Beach feels like too much of a scene.
