Taiwan Pride is Asia's biggest LGBTQ+ parade, held each October in Taipei and drawing hundreds of thousands. Taiwan became the first country in Asia to legalise same-sex marriage in 2019, and the pride event reflects that landmark achievement — it's one of the most joyful, unbridled celebrations you'll find anywhere in the region. The Ketagalan Boulevard in front of the Presidential Office Building is the dramatic final destination.
