Hotel Continental Zurich

My experience at the Ibis Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm, welcoming, and well‑maintained. What truly made my stay stand out was the outstanding service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. A special thank you to the manager John and Alexandra, whose professionalism and hospitality set the tone for the entire team. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay was evident in every detail. The location was also perfect — convenient, safe, and close to key attractions and transportation options. I highly recommend the Ibis Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, value, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit.

Had a great stay at the ibis Styles in Zurich for a few days before heading to Milan. Easy walk from the main city center station to the hotel. Room was small, but clean nonetheless. My only complaint would be about the shower. There was hardly any privacy for it, as the shower had a clear door and a mirror right in front of it.

Simple, no frills hotel but comfortable. Its about 5-7mins walk from Zurich HB and 15-20mins to Old town. Quiet surroundings. The only thing that would have been helpful is if they provided water in the room. In their case, you had to have your own bottle and refill at the reception area.

manager Reiner and staff Yamei are very helpful. We arrive zurich in the morning and allow us to early check in. Two trip member flight got cancelled due to the recent war so cannot join us. We book the room thru agent and both guide us to check with agent first and can deal from their side after receive agent confirmation. Very fiendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. I was able to walk over from the train station, walk to restaurants without any issues. The hotel itself was nice too. Hotel staff helped me when the airline lost my luggage. Luckily the airline was able to find it and deliver it while I was out and exploring the city. The staff took it in and stored it until I got back. I would stay here again.
