Fantasia Fair 2026

Fantasia Fair is the oldest transgender event in the world — a week-long conference and social programme held in Provincetown each October since 1975. The event predates the mainstream visibility of transgender identity by decades and has served as a gathering point, educational forum, and community celebration for trans people across fifty years.
