Located in Fermont, Seattle and owned by Richard and Victoria Harrington, Sound Mind & Body lives up to the standards set by its name. With plenty of experience at our back, having started in 1981, SMB offers training classes for aerobics, yoga, cycling, TRX as well as weight training. Volleyball and basketball courts add icing to the cake!
