🌈 Über diese Veranstaltung

West Pride is Scandinavia's largest LGBTQ+ festival outside Stockholm, held each June in Sweden's second city. The week-long event fills Gothenburg with cultural programming, community events, and a pride parade through the city centre that draws tens of thousands.

Gothenburg hosted EuroPride in 2024, giving the festival a significant boost in international profile. West Pride has a notably inclusive and intersectional character, with strong programming for trans, non-binary, and LGBTQ+ people of color alongside the broader community celebrations.
