Regular events include queer quiz nights and drag performances that are modest in scale but warmly attended. The crowd spans ages — the gay community in a city the size of Dortmund tends toward integration rather than generational segregation — and the atmosphere is social and community-oriented rather than cruisy or competitive. The Brüderweg location is a 15-minute walk from the main station.
