It was established in 1892 by a Russian immigrant named Samuel "Sema" Dillon and has been owned and operated by the same family ever since. The steam bath itself is located in a basement level space and is constructed of brick, tile, and wood. It features a large steam room with a tiled bench that can accommodate up to 20 people, as well as a small hot tub and a cold plunge pool. T
