Went to see ATLiens & Sullivan King. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. This venue is a great location for concerts!! Lighting, Sound, & Stage were all excellent! Only hiccups were on coat check exit. They worked extremely hard but the system is iffy. Staff however did all they could to help keep the order. Personal Restrooms is a great Bonus. “Especially Because they keep them organized!” Will definitely check out another show here

Extremely disappointing experience. This venue is clearly not designed to handle large crowds. The line to get inside stretched around the entire block, and we stood outside for almost two hours just to enter. The entry process was poorly organized and moved painfully slowly, as if the staff were completely unprepared for the number of people attending. The coat check was another mess: a very long wait, chaotic service, and an extra fee per person just to leave a coat. Inside, the space feels far too small and overcrowded for big events, making it uncomfortable to move around. The restrooms were dirty and in bad condition, with constant long lines. Overall, the experience was purely negative due to bad organization, overcrowding, and lack of basic comfort for visitors. I would not choose this place again for any large event.

Cool well ventilated venue, but I feel like they may tend to over pack it. I know GA concerts are meant to feel tight but it was overwhelmingly so. Leaving the concert was equally hellish with very little direction and order from security or workers. The venue is also super loud. I'm conflicted, I had a good experience the first time I went when it wasn't overly booked or loud and was organized but the second time it was exactly the opposite and my time wasn't so pleasant. So just be cautious, your enjoyment may be case by case at this venue.

I went there for Black Rebel Motorcycle Club concert. It’s nice inside, sound, lights and ambiance were good. You can go to the upstairs and sit while watching the show. You can find a bar up there too.

I regularly attend concerts across the United States and Europe and have extensive experience with concert venues and event security. During this event, the conduct of the club’s security personnel was unprofessional, aggressive, and unlawful. Security staff repeatedly used obscene and abusive language, physically grabbed attendees by the arms, and made explicit threats of physical violence. When I began feeling unwell and sat on the floor, security personnel approached me and deliberately shined a high-intensity flashlight directly into my eyes. I have a documented medical condition involving serious vision impairment, which I immediately communicated to them. Despite this disclosure, another security guard aggressively seized my arms, verbally assaulted me using profane and degrading language, and threatened physical harm. This behavior constitutes harassment, intimidation, and physical assault. Throughout the event, there was clear evidence of racial discrimination against white individuals, as well as discriminatory treatment related to LGBTQ identity and expression. This discriminatory conduct was overt, hostile, and systematic. Additionally, I was unlawfully and discriminatorily denied entry at the venue entrance based on a false accusation that I had been seen consuming alcohol moments earlier. The beverage in question was non-alcoholic soda. Security personnel verbally insulted me and stated that I would not be permitted entry under any circumstances. I was only allowed to enter due to the intervention of third parties. The head of security explicitly stated that “this is my event” and that I would “never be allowed to enter,” demonstrating abuse of authority and intentional exclusion. Despite these statements, I was ultimately admitted, further confirming the arbitrary and discriminatory nature of their actions. These actions represent serious violations, including but not limited to: assault, harassment, discrimination, abuse of authority, and failure to provide reasonable accommodation for a medical disability. We are currently consulting with legal counsel and intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including formal complaints and court proceedings.
