Chillout is Australia's premier country LGBTQ+ festival, transforming the beautiful spa country town of Daylesford in Victoria's Central Highlands into a queer paradise each March long weekend. The festival has been running since 1997 and is beloved for its relaxed, inclusive character — a wonderful alternative to the big city pride events. Daylesford's galleries, cafes, natural springs, and rolling hills provide a genuinely idyllic setting for what is essentially a huge queer country picnic with outstanding entertainment.
