Terms for Venue Owners

1. Claiming a Listing

Venue owners may claim their venue's listing on GayOut by submitting a claim request. Claims are verified by our team. Claiming a listing confirms you are an authorised representative of the venue.

2. Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of information on your venue's listing, including address, opening hours, description and photos. GayOut reserves the right to edit or remove listings that contain inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate content.

3. Free Listings

Basic listings are free. GayOut offers optional paid features (e.g., featured placement) which are governed by separate commercial terms agreed at the time of purchase.

4. Reviews

You may not post fake reviews of your own venue or arrange for others to do so. GayOut moderates reviews and may remove content that violates our community standards.

5. Closed Venues

If your venue has permanently closed, contact us at info@gayout.com to request removal.

6. Intellectual Property

Photos and content you upload to your listing must be content you own or have the right to use. By uploading content you grant GayOut a licence to display it on the site.
