You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Venue Listings

Venue listings are community-contributed and reviewed but not guaranteed accurate. GayOut is not responsible for the accuracy of venue information. Venue owners may claim and manage their listings subject to the Terms for Venue Owners.

5. Intellectual Property

The GayOut name, logo, and site design are our property. User-submitted reviews and content remain yours; you grant GayOut a non-exclusive licence to display them on the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

GayOut is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including inaccurate venue information or unavailability of the service.
