SATS (Liljeholmstorget)

I really like this Sats location! The layout is nice and it’s super convenient being inside the Galleria. 4/5 stars because it is a bit limited at times. Last time I was there, every single treadmill was in use and there were no available bench press benches. So when it’s busy, you might need to wait for something to open up!

Great service and help from Daniel and Martin, Regional PT Manager, who answered my mails during their vacations to do my practice at Stas Liljeholmen. Thank you again for Daniel. 🙏

Recently, they made renovations and put in too many new machines (that nobody uses, btw). It feels super crowded now. There’s no space to do your own free-weight workout at all. It was better a couple of months ago.

Convenient to public transportation and lots of parking in the garage. Lots of shopping opportunity as well. Not super big and not the best SATs layout. Equipment is pretty use and could be updated. Music is loud and not good. Staff is great
