La Démence is one of Europe's most celebrated monthly gay circuit parties, running at the Fuse nightclub in Brussels since 1990. On the first Sunday of each month, Fuse hosts an international event drawing gay men from across Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, the UK, and beyond. Top international DJs, spectacular production, and over 35 years of continuous operation make La Démence a genuine destination event rather than simply a club night. The crowd is predominantly gay male and circuit-oriented; the atmosphere is professional and the music serious.
