Clowning around, drinkee in hand A neighbourhood bar opened in 1988 and located ever so close to the humpy-thrivey Schöneberg ghetto but rather doing its own thing outside that world. Unsurprisingly the name translates as 'harlequin', and there's definitely a dressing-up thing going on here, with old puppets included in the decor melange.
