25 years of Rhineland man-dancing mayhem Celebrating a shocking quarter century as one of North Rhine-Westphalia's most popular gay dance parties, Mandanzz started life in the Ruhr area in 1987, but moved to Dusseldorf in 2009. It now takes place at Stahlwerk in the Flingern 'hood every second Saturday
