🌈 About This Event

Mexico City's annual pride march down the Paseo de la Reforma is one of Latin America's largest, drawing hundreds of thousands each June past the Angel of Independence monument in a city that has been a trailblazer for LGBTQ+ rights in Mexico. CDMX legalized same-sex marriage in 2010 — a full twelve years before the Mexican Supreme Court required all states to follow — and the pride march carries that history with it. The Zona Rosa neighbourhood, CDMX's historic gay hub, throbs with parties throughout pride week.
