Jorge Zamorano, an American of Cuban descent wanted to open a restaurant in DC with a classic Spanish touch that he thinks everyone should be able to enjoy. The restaurant an intriguing hint of Cuban, Mexican and Puerto Rican culture in the interior and the food which makes it a sensational place to dine.
