Le Connexion is Toulouse's main gay sauna, centrally located near the Capitole. The facility is well-maintained, with a steam room, hammam, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, darkroom and private cabins. The clientele is predominantly local — Toulouse residents who use the sauna regularly — which gives it a more relaxed, familiar atmosphere than a tourist-heavy venue. Weekday lunchtime and mid-afternoon sessions are quiet; evenings and weekends are busier. Men only; entry includes towel and locker.
