Mykonos Pride 2026 takes place in August at the height of the island's summer season — a Pride event that occurs within one of the world's most famous gay destinations and draws visitors from across the globe who time their Mykonos visit specifically around the Pride dates. The event includes a parade through Mykonos Town, festival events on the beaches and in the town, and a programme of associated nightlife at the island's clubs and beach clubs. Mykonos Pride sits on top of an already intense gay summer calendar — the island's July and August schedule is packed with visitors at all times — but the Pride event brings an explicit community celebration dimension to what is otherwise a general gay summer scene. The combination of the parade's route through the UNESCO-listed streets of Chora, the beach parties at Super Paradise and Paradise, and the club nights at Cavo Paradiso and the town venues makes Mykonos Pride a multi-day event in practice even when the official programme is concentrated in a few days. Accommodation at any time in August on Mykonos requires advance booking many months ahead; Pride weekend adds further pressure on already limited availability.
